15 Fantasy Island Favorites

I 'm doing this one for my husband because his blog is not up and running yet. If, Clark was marooned on an island--these are the albums he would want to have with him.
This blog hop was started by Stephen T. McCarthy.

1. Peter Gabriel-- So

2. Peter Gabriel-- Us

3.Blue October-- Foiled

4. Blue October-- Approaching Normal

5. Alan Parson's Project-- Turn Of a Friendly Card

6. Alan Parson's Project-- Eye In the Sky

7. Colin Hay--Transcendental Highway

8. Colin Hay-- Going Somewhere

9. ELO--Time
10. Ennio Morricone-- The Mission Soundtrack

11. Johnny Cash-- The Man Comes Around

12.Tears For Fears-- Seeds Of Love

13. Pink Floyd-- Dark Side Of the Moon

14. Moulin Rouge Movie Soundtrack

15. Bare Naked Ladies-- Maybe You Should Drive

It was ridiculously hard to choose. Not sure these necesarily represent all favorites . . . Moods change, ya know?

The one area perhaps where Clark and I differ. :) We found it! If I was a guy, maybe...

"eye in the sky" Alan Parson Project -- one of the best songs of all time.

Moulin Rouge-- love the soundtrack, hated the movie, but there were some fine production numbers.

The Mission -- Great movie and soundtrack.

Peter Gabriel -- good stuff

Good list -- I like it.

Great list! I love Peter Gabriel, and those are my two favorite albums of his... especially "So", it's kind of my soundtrack to the eighties...

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving such a cool comment... you've got a new follower in me! Hope to see you around the blog again sometime soon.

YAY! Let's hear it for the proud Canadians of Bare Naked Ladies! The Bass/Piano outro of the live "Brian Wilson" is some of the most intense music I've ever heard!

A lot of great picks! We have DSotM in common - and Blue October is one of my faves (that didn't make the cut).

Johnny Cash I knew!

Absolutely yes to Pink Floyd, Johny Cash.

Excellent choices. I'd think I'd have to carefully chose what I'd take, b/c being marooned and all, I'd have to keep it upbeat, you know??

What an interesting list...I am so with him on the Moulin Rouge soundtrack, isn't it fabulous?

I could probably hang out on his island for a while too!
